Responsibilities

Calendars. Manage the calendars for all three founders, including investor meetings, customer calls, candidate interviews and internal syncs. Protect their focus time and resolve conflicts before they reach the founders.
San Francisco move. Lead the search for the company's first office and the founders' apartments. This covers shortlisting, tours, broker coordination, lease logistics and the move itself.
Office operations. Keep the new office stocked and running smoothly, including supplies, food, cleaning, building access, deliveries and equipment.
Vendors. Source, book and manage service providers for the company and for the founders personally. Track invoices and keep a clear record of which vendor handles what.
Personal logistics. Handle appointments, household services and the details of settling into a new city.
Travel and events. Book travel and organize investor visits, offsites and team dinners.
Inbox management. Screen inbound requests, draft routine replies and keep follow-ups on track.
Operations. Take on company projects as they come up, such as new-hire onboarding, tool and account setup, and coordination with outside payroll, legal and accounting providers.

Reporting and Environment

You'll report to the three co-founders, with one of them as your primary point of contact. This is the company's first non-technical hire. There's no existing playbook or team, and priorities will shift week to week as the company grows. The role suits someone who enjoys building systems from scratch.

The role is full-time and on-site, starting in Palo Alto and moving to San Francisco once the office relocates.
